I've always been the kind of person who's happier outside than inside. If I'm not working, there's a good chance I'm hunting, fishing, foraging, tending bees, working in the garden, or chasing down the next thing I haven't learned yet. I like figuring things out, getting my hands dirty, and knowing where my food comes from.

Feral Forager started because I wanted one place to share all of it. The successes, the mistakes, the projects that worked, and the ones that taught me a lesson. I'm always trying something new, and I enjoy passing along what I learn in the hope it helps someone else.

If you've ever wanted to hunt your first deer, find your first morels, grow your own food, make something with your own two hands, or just spend more time outdoors, you're in the right place. I don't claim to have all the answers, but I do believe there's always something new to learn and another adventure waiting around the corner.
